TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CARRIAGE

Lucy Monkman (hereafter referred to as LM) has no minimum order level however orders in the UK under £110.00 will be charged £6.00 postage and packing. Customers will not be charged carriage on orders over £110.00 in the UK.

ORDERING

First orders are taken on a pro forma basis unless otherwise agreed. New customers will receive a pro forma invoice and goods must be paid for in full before they are dispatched. Existing customers are offered 30 day credit accounts. An invoice will be sent with your order giving a credit period of 30 days from the date of the invoice. An interest charge of 2% of the outstanding invoice value per month from the date of the invoice will be charged on any account remaining unpaid beyond the due date.

DELIVERY

All goods should be examined immediately upon delivery and claims for delivery shortages, damaged or faulty goods must be notified within 72 hours of delivery. Damaged or faulty stock will be replaced provided LM is informed within 72 hours of the goods arriving. All goods remain the legal property of LM until payment is received in full. The goods shall be at the risk of the Customer from the time of delivery. No goods must be returned to LM without previous consent.

LM aims to dispatch orders within 14 days of receiving the order. Any date for delivery stated by LM constitutes an estimate only and LM shall not accept liability whatsoever for any loss incurred by the Customer arising indirectly or directly from delay or failure of delivery however caused. The Customer will be informed as to the progress of their order and notified in case of any undue delay.

The contract between LM and the Customer for the supply of goods or services, which includes these conditions, shall be governed and shall take effect in accordance with the laws of England and be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
